I Practice
Digital
Turning intention into an executable plan: what you digitalise, in what order, at what cost and with whom.
- Starting point
- Assessment of the current estate
- Counterparts
- CEO · CIO · Business units
- Deliverable
- IT roadmap & action plan
One more tool never fixed an organisational problem.
Most digital programmes fail before the first line of code: fuzzy scope, absent sponsor, processes never described, vendor chosen before the need was stated.
We start from the opposite end. Map what exists, listen to the people doing the work, measure what the current situation actually costs. The choice of solution comes afterwards — and becomes obvious.
This is for you if
- Your data lives in spreadsheets nobody dares to merge.
- An ERP programme was launched, then put on hold.
- Every department bought its own tool and none of them talk to each other.
- You cannot put a number on the cost of doing nothing.
- Your teams bypass the official tools to move faster.

Frequently asked questions
How long does an assessment take?
Long enough to frame it, gather the facts and report back. We set it with you at kick-off: an assessment that drags on becomes a project and loses its point.
Are you tied to software vendors?
No. We take no referral commission. Our in-house solutions are proposed only when they genuinely fit the need, and always put in competition.
Do you work with teams already in place?
Yes, and that is the most common case. Our role is to structure and equip your teams, not to replace them.
What happens after the engagement?
You keep the deliverables, grids and templates. Review points are offered to check the trajectory holds once we have left.
Next step
Start with a short assessment rather than a large programme.
Four to six weeks is enough to know what to digitalise, in what order and at what cost. Everything else follows.
