Born between two shores
YH Consulting started from a simple observation: French and Moroccan companies increasingly work together, yet rarely find a counterpart who genuinely understands both contexts.
So we built a firm with a double anchor. The same consultants, the same methods and the same standards in Paris and in Casablanca. That is what lets us carry a transformation, a market entry or a compliance programme without ever handing the subject to a third party.
Today our teams work in France, Morocco and French-speaking West Africa, on advisory engagements as well as implementation projects.
